Belaface does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Belaface does not take title to the refunded item.

What and How Can I Return?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Belaface within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by Belaface can be returned after the holidays. However, the cost associated with the return will not be paid by Belaface.

Return Process:

1. Prepare your package for return.

   • Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center.
   • If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper.
   • Attach your return label to the package.
